Sachin is a Growth Specialist with over 25 years of experience in Business operations, M&A, Consulting and Finance with last 15 years focussed on Education. Sachin’s journey in Education started with Ernst and Young in their M&A Practice followed by stints with Educomp Solutions, Laureate Education, Bennett University and Cintana Education where he was instrumental in driving business growth through campus expansion, product innovation, new markets and academic industry partnerships. Sachin is currently leading ETS operations in India and South Asia. Sachin has authored multiple articles in leading Indian newspapers with an emphasis on Public Policy, Future of Higher Education and Skilling.

Sandy joined the ETS team over thirteen years, as the Associate Director for TOEFL® Client Relations within the UK and Ireland. Sandy has a strong track record of growing and maintaining TOEFL acceptance within the UK and Ireland. She has more than twenty years of experience in working with government bodies, employers, careers services, university academic departments, international offices, marketing and admissions offices as well as graduate recruiters, aiding these groups in attracting and recruiting both domestic and international students. Prior to joining ETS, Sandy worked at Hobsons Plc in many capacities, where she was successful in consistently driving business growth.

Based in London as the Executive Director of Global Strategy and Growth for TOEFL, Sandy is responsible for the growth of TOEFL across the UK and Ireland as well as overseas. Sandy continues to manage valuable partnerships with key strategic stakeholders globally. In her current role she supports prioritized growth initiatives in Asia, EMEA and Latin America working in close collaboration with the TOEFL in-country teams.
